This brunch board has become my go-to for weekend gatherings because it’s easy to assemble yet looks impressive and tastes amazing.
Ingredients
- Eggs: 8 large eggs
- Vegetables & Accompaniments: 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 cucumber, sliced, 1 avocado, sliced, 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced, 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced, 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
- Spreads & Cheeses: 1 cup whipped cream cheese, 1/2 cup hummus
- Breads & Crackers: 2 everything bagels, sliced and toasted, 1/2 baguette, sliced, 1 cup assorted crackers
- Toppings: 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning, Flaky sea salt, to taste, Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 9–10 minutes.
- Step 2:
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel and slice each egg lengthwise into rounds or halves.
- Step 3:
- Arrange sliced eggs on a large platter. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning, flaky sea salt, and black pepper.
- Step 4:
- Neatly arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, radishes, red onion, and dill around the eggs.
- Step 5:
- Add dollops of whipped cream cheese and hummus in small bowls on the board.
- Step 6:
- Fill in remaining spaces with toasted bagel slices, baguette, and crackers.
- Step 7:
- Serve immediately, letting guests build their own bites.
